Audia Jones is a seasoned trial attorney and devoted advocate whose legal career is driven by a singular mission: holding negligent parties accountable and securing justice for individuals and families harmed by serious injury and wrongful death. Her professional background—spanning private practice, federal court service, Congress, and one of the nation’s largest prosecutor’s offices—has shaped her into a formidable litigator with a deep understanding of how catastrophic injuries impact real lives.
Audia began her academic career at the University of Rhode Island, where she earned a full four-year NCAA Division I basketball scholarship. While competing at the highest level of collegiate athletics, she demonstrated discipline and leadership both on and off the court, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.

Prior to law school, Audia gained early exposure to personal injury litigation while working at a personal injury law firm and interning with a State Judge in Connecticut. These formative experiences gave her firsthand insight into how negligence—whether on the roadway, at a jobsite, or in public spaces—can permanently alter lives. Witnessing injured individuals and families struggle for accountability and fair compensation solidified her decision to pursue a legal career focused on advocacy for the injured.
Audia went on to attend Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law, where she earned an academic scholarship and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Her time in law school sharpened her litigation skills and deepened her commitment to representing individuals harmed through no fault of their own.

During law school, Audia served as a Summer Law Clerk in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, where she gained valuable experience in complex litigation and judicial procedure—experience that continues to inform her strategic approach to high-stakes injury and wrongful death cases.

After earning her law degree, Audia worked as a Counsel Fellow for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, where she quickly advanced to the role of Congressional Staffer managing the House Judiciary Committee portfolio. This experience broadened her understanding of regulatory oversight and public safety issues—knowledge she now applies when evaluating cases involving corporate negligence, transportation failures, and large-scale injury events.

Audia later joined the Harris County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney, where she rapidly advanced through the trial ranks and ultimately resigned as a Senior Felony Two Prosecutor. Handling high-stakes felony cases sharpened her courtroom presence, evidentiary skills, and ability to present complex facts to judges and juries—skills that directly translate to catastrophic personal injury litigation.

While prosecuting cases in both misdemeanor and felony courts, Audia observed recurring patterns of harm stemming from unsafe practices, reckless conduct, and systemic disregard for human life. These experiences reinforced her commitment to civil advocacy on behalf of those injured in motor vehicle collisions, commercial trucking accidents, construction and workplace incidents, explosions, amusement park and ride malfunctions, rideshare crashes, and other acts of negligence resulting in severe injury or death.

Following her tenure as a prosecutor and her run for Harris County District Attorney—where she finished runner-up—Audia returned her full focus to representing injured individuals and grieving families. Today, she dedicates her practice exclusively to personal injury and wrongful death cases, including automobile and trucking collisions, workplace and construction injuries, catastrophic explosions, amusement park accidents, rideshare incidents, and other negligence-based claims.

Audia approaches every case with determination, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to accountability. She believes that safety is not optional and that when corporations, drivers, or property owners choose profit or convenience over people, they must be held responsible. As a trusted advocate, she fights relentlessly to obtain the maximum recovery her clients deserve and to provide a measure of justice during life’s most difficult moments.

Outside the courtroom, Audia is married to her best friend and is the proud mother of two children. Her dedication to family, service, and justice fuels her work—and reinforces her resolve to protect the lives and rights of others.
